一種Fe-C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo鋼碳配分行為對(duì)組織的影響
??山東鋼鐵股份有限公司的學(xué)者利用Formastor-FⅡ全自動(dòng)相變儀模擬研究了一種Fe-0.24C-0.3Si-1.0Mn-0.56Cr-0.17Mo（質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)，%）鋼在冷卻過程中的碳配分行為及其對(duì)馬氏體和殘余奧氏體的影響，用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡進(jìn)行微觀組織表征，用X射線衍射法和電子背散射衍射法測定殘余奧氏體體積分?jǐn)?shù)。結(jié)果表明，試驗(yàn)鋼分別經(jīng)末段慢冷和直接快冷工藝?yán)鋮s后均獲得馬氏體＋殘余奧氏體兩相組織，其中直接快冷工藝所得馬氏體相對(duì)雜亂，尺寸較小，殘余奧氏體體積分?jǐn)?shù)較少；而末段慢冷工藝所得馬氏體板條較長，且發(fā)生了碳的配分，殘余奧氏體體積分?jǐn)?shù)較多，以薄膜狀分布在馬氏體板條間，板條內(nèi)部含有高密度位錯(cuò)。
