研究采用斜軋穿孔及冷擴(kuò)成形方法制備直徑大于130 mm的大口徑Ti-75無縫管材的可行性。分別測(cè)試穿孔管坯和冷擴(kuò)后管材的金相組織、力學(xué)性能及沿管材軸向方向的裂紋情況。
Ti-75穿孔管坯的冷擴(kuò)成形Cold expansion forming of Ti-75 perforated tube研究采用斜軋穿孔及冷擴(kuò)成形方法制備直徑大于130 mm的大口徑Ti-75無縫管材的可行性。分別測(cè)試穿孔管坯和冷擴(kuò)后管材的金相組織、力學(xué)性能及沿管材軸向方向的裂紋情況。結(jié)果表明:采用斜軋穿孔方式可以制備Ti-75合金大口徑無縫管材且擁有較好的塑性;在室溫下,進(jìn)行冷擴(kuò),在擴(kuò)徑率小于15%時(shí),可得到抗拉強(qiáng)度為780 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度為685 MPa,伸長率為13.5%,斷面收縮率為55%的管坯,且不出現(xiàn)擴(kuò)裂等情況。
The feasibility of preparation of large-diameter seamless pipe of Ti-75 alloy using rotary piercing and cold expansion method. The microstructure, mechanical properties and crack along the pipe axial direction of the situation of the piercing tube and cold-expanded pipe were tested. The results show that Ti-75 large diameter alloy seamless pipe can be prepared using the rotary piercing method and it has a good plasticity. At room temperature, when the expansion of diameter is less than 15%, the tube with tensile strength of 780 MPa, yield strength of 685 MPa, elongation percentage of 13.5% and contraction of area of 55% can be obtained by cold expansion forming. There is no extending cleft in the tube.
