采用Gleeble?1500熱模擬試驗機(jī)對TB10合金進(jìn)行高溫壓縮變形實驗,分析該合金在變形溫度為700~1 050 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.1~50 s?1條件下的變形行為及流變應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律。

采用Gleeble?1500熱模擬試驗機(jī)對TB10合金進(jìn)行高溫壓縮變形實驗,分析該合金在變形溫度為700~1 050 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.1~50 s?1條件下的變形行為及流變應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,流變應(yīng)力受變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率顯著影響,流變應(yīng)力隨變形溫度的升高和應(yīng)變速率的降低而降低。采用雙曲正弦模型確定該合金的變形激活能Q和應(yīng)力指數(shù)n,建立了相應(yīng)的熱變形本構(gòu)關(guān)系。
The hot compression deformation behavior of TB10 alloy was investigated by Gleeble?1500 simulator at the? strain rate range from 0.1 to 50 s?1?and the temperature range from 700 to 1 050 ℃. The laws of microstructure evolvement and the characteristic of flow stress were analyzed. The results indicate that the flow stress decreases with increasing temperature and decreasing strain rate. The constitutive relationship of TB10 alloy is obtained on the base of Arrhenius equations.
