采用有限元法,對(duì)TC11鈦合金復(fù)雜鍛件模鍛過(guò)程進(jìn)行了三維數(shù)值模擬分析,得出了變形中材料的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)和溫度場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律。根據(jù)有限元模擬結(jié)果對(duì)模鍛成形工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了TC11鈦合金復(fù)雜鍛件模鍛成形工藝試驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了有限元模擬分析結(jié)果。為確定TC11鈦合金復(fù)雜鍛件鍛造工藝提供了依據(jù)。

Based on the FEM, a 3D numerical simulation of forging process of TC11 titanium complicated forge was carried out, the laws of material flow and temperature field distribution were revealed based on the results of FEM simulation. The process parameters and mould structure were optimized. Experiments of forging process of TC11 titanium alloy complicated forge were made. FEM simulation results were verified by experiments. The research offers the principle for optimizing the process parameters and mould structure of C11 titanium alloy complicated forge.
