進(jìn)行了高強(qiáng)鈦合金TB19大厚板高壓電子束焊接，實(shí)現(xiàn)了130 mm厚的大厚度TB19無缺陷焊接。分析了接頭的顯微組織結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)行了接頭全厚度顯微硬度、力學(xué)性能、斷裂韌性測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明：焊接接頭塑韌性匹配良好，用電子束焊接TB19大厚板可獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)的焊接接頭。

The thick plate TB19 was jointed by large high-voltage electron beam welding, achieving a 130 mm depth without defects. The organizational structure of the joints was analyzed; the mechanical properties, micro hardness testing and the fracture toughness test were done. The plastic nature can match the toughness. The TB19 joints welded by EBW will be of highly efficient and high quality.
