研究熱等靜壓及熱處理工藝對(duì)ZTi600高溫鑄造鈦合金組織與性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:退火溫度對(duì)屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度以及塑性略有影響,經(jīng)過熱等靜壓處理后,室溫拉伸塑性大幅度提高,塑性隨著熱等靜壓溫度的升高而升高,強(qiáng)度變化較??;ZTi600高溫鑄造鈦合金組織以針狀、板條狀的魏氏組織為主,熱等靜壓后晶粒尺寸減小,局部組織有等軸趨勢(shì)。
Effects of heat treatment and HIP process on microstructure and the properties of ZTi600 cast titanium alloy were studied. The results show that yield strength, ultimate strength and ductility will slightly vary with the annealed temperature. The ductility at ambient temperature will improve abruptly after HIP process, and it will increase with the increase of HIP temperature. The variation of strength is small. The microstructures of ZTi600 alloy are mainly composed of needle-and plate-like Widm?nstaten structures. The grain sizes will decrease after HIP process, and will tend to be equaixed structures at local regions.
