近β鈦合金Ti-26在固溶狀態(tài)下具有很好的塑性，時(shí)效后可以達(dá)到很高的強(qiáng)度，具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。利用剛粘塑性有限元法，結(jié)合物理模擬，建立3層BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型，開發(fā)一個(gè)相應(yīng)的有限元數(shù)值模擬系統(tǒng)，對(duì)Ti-26合金杯形件的反擠壓成形過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析，獲得高強(qiáng)鈦合金反擠壓成形時(shí)應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變的分布信息以及載荷與行程的關(guān)系。所得結(jié)果對(duì)零件的成形工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化和模具設(shè)計(jì)都具有指導(dǎo)意義。

The near β Ti-26 titanium alloy has widespread prospect because it owns good plastic after solution and high strength after aging. Combining physical simulation with numerical simulation, a finite element numerical simulation system was developed to simulate the back-extrusion process of Ti-26 titanium alloy by introducing three layers BP neural network models into thermal mechanical coupled rigid-viscoplastic finite element model. The relations between the load and stroke, the distribution rules of stress and strain are obtained. This is helpful to the technology planning and the design of the dies.
