鑄態(tài)TB6鈦合金熱變形行為及本構(gòu)關(guān)系Hot deformation behavior and constitutive relationship of?as-cast TB6 alloy通過等溫恒應(yīng)變速率壓縮實驗研究鑄態(tài)TB6鈦合金在溫度為800~1 100 ℃，應(yīng)變速率為10?3~1 s?1條件下的熱變形行為。結(jié)果表明：應(yīng)變速率對鑄態(tài)TB6合金流變應(yīng)力的影響最顯著，其次是變形溫度，而應(yīng)變的影響作用最小。在低溫高應(yīng)變速率下，流變應(yīng)力曲線呈連續(xù)軟化特征，而在高溫低應(yīng)變速率下，流變應(yīng)力曲線呈穩(wěn)態(tài)流變特征。鑄態(tài)TB6合金的熱變形激活能為200 kJ/mol，接近純鈦β相的自擴散激活能，表明在實驗條件范圍內(nèi)主要發(fā)生動態(tài)回復(fù)過程。在Arrhenius方程基礎(chǔ)上考慮了應(yīng)變對流變應(yīng)力曲線的影響，建立了能準確描述鑄態(tài)TB6鈦合金流變應(yīng)力曲線的雙曲正弦本構(gòu)關(guān)系。
The hot deformation behavior of as-cast TB6 alloy was investigated by isothermal constant strain rate compression test at temperatures of 800?1 100 ℃ and strain rates of 10?3?1 s?1. The results show that the flow stress of as-cast TB6 alloy is greatly affected by strain rate, followed by temperature and the effect of strain is the weakest. The flow stress curves display continuous softening characteristics at low temperatures and high strain rates, while display steady flow characteristics at high temperatures and low strain rates. The activation energy is determined to be 200 kJ/mol which is close to that of self-diffusion of β phase in pure titanium, and it shows that the dynamic recovery takes place dominantly during hot deformation. Considering the effect of strain, an improved hyperbolic sine constitutive relationship is established based on the Arrhenius equation that can accurately describe the flow stress of as-cast TB6 alloy.
