對TA15鈦合金高溫變形機制進(jìn)行了Gleeble熱模擬試驗，并利用試驗結(jié)果設(shè)計了在850~950 ℃范圍，直徑為20 mm 的TA15鈦合金小規(guī)格棒材的新型熱連軋生產(chǎn)工藝。
TA15鈦合金棒材的熱連軋工藝Hot continuous rolling process of TA15 titanium alloy對TA15鈦合金高溫變形機制進(jìn)行了Gleeble熱模擬試驗，并利用試驗結(jié)果設(shè)計了在850~950 ℃范圍，直徑為20 mm 的TA15鈦合金小規(guī)格棒材的新型熱連軋生產(chǎn)工藝。試驗結(jié)果表明：采用合適的熱連軋工藝，TA15鈦合金小規(guī)格棒材的組織和性能與傳統(tǒng)的橫列式軋制棒材的相當(dāng)，均滿足相應(yīng)的技術(shù)要求。
The flow stress behavior of TA15 titanium alloy during hot compression was studied on a Gleeble?3800 thermal/mechanical simulator, and the hot continuous rolling process of TA15 small bars was designed at 850?950 ℃ based on the experimental results. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of TA15 small bars could meet the requirement of the specification after proper continuous hot rolling process.
