熱循環(huán)溫度對(duì)Ti-6Al-4V合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響Effect of thermal cycling temperature on microstructures?and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy采用500~1 000 ℃熱循環(huán)20次,研究Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)合金性能及微觀組織的變化。結(jié)果表明:隨熱循環(huán)溫度的升高,TC4合金強(qiáng)度先降低后升高;低于800 ℃時(shí),TC4合金塑性隨熱循環(huán)溫度升高變化不大,高于800 ℃,隨熱循環(huán)溫度升高,TC4合金塑性快速降低;隨溫度升高,TC4合金的晶粒明顯長(zhǎng)大,溫度高于800 ℃時(shí),TC4合金中開始形成片層狀組織,至1 000 ℃時(shí),合金組織幾乎呈全片層狀。
The changes of microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy after thermal cycling 20 times from 500 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ were researched. The results show that the strength of Ti-6Al-4V alloy firstly reduces and then increases with the increase of cycling temperature. If the cycling temperature is lower than 800 ℃, its plasticity changes less with the temperature. While the temperature is higher than 800 ℃, its plasticity decreases fast. The grain size grows fast with increasing temperature. While the temperature is over 800 ℃, the lamellar microstructure forms, when the temperature reaches 1 000 ℃, the microstructure is almost lamellar one.
