鍛造工藝對(duì)TC10鈦合金棒材性能的影響Effects of forging technics on performance of TC10 titanium alloy stick?對(duì)鍛造工藝主要參數(shù)，如坯料加熱溫度、鍛比和變形方式，對(duì)鍛棒性能的影響進(jìn)行研究。小型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：當(dāng)成品火次前，坯料的加熱溫度控制在比相變點(diǎn)低20～30 ℃，鍛比應(yīng)大于4時(shí)，棒材具有良好的室溫拉伸性能，可完全滿足國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T2965—2007要求。
The effects of forging technic parameters, such as heat up temperature of preform body, forging ratio and distortion manner, on the stick performance were studied. The experimental results show that the heating temperature of finished pormer preform body should be controlled to be lower 20?30 ℃ than transformation point, and the forging ratio should be larger than 4, then the stick has good extend performance at room temperature, satisfying the demand of Chinese Standard GB/T2965—2007.
