根據(jù)分形幾何學(xué)理論,分析了TC18鈦合金不同工藝條件下的熱變形微觀組織。利用盒維數(shù)法計算出微觀組織的分形維數(shù),并討論了分形維數(shù)、微觀組織與變形條件之間的關(guān)系。

根據(jù)分形幾何學(xué)理論,分析了TC18鈦合金不同工藝條件下的熱變形微觀組織。利用盒維數(shù)法計算出微觀組織的分形維數(shù),并討論了分形維數(shù)、微觀組織與變形條件之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:TC18鈦合金熱變形組織具有自相似性,可采用分形維數(shù)對其進行定量描述;當(dāng)變形速率為0.01和0.1 mm/s時,在相變點以上隨著溫度增加,晶粒尺寸增大,分形維數(shù)減??;當(dāng)變形速率為1 mm/s時,隨著溫度增加,晶粒尺寸先減小后增大,分形維數(shù)先增大后減?。划?dāng)變形速率為10 mm/s時,隨著溫度增加,晶粒尺寸先增大后減小,分形維數(shù)先減小后增大;這是晶粒長大和再結(jié)晶相互影響的結(jié)果。
The fractal theory was applied to analyze the hot deformation microstructure of TC18 alloy under different technological conditions. Box Counting Method was used to calculate the fractal dimension of microstructure. The influence of processing parameters on fractal dimension and microstructure was studied. The results show that the shapes of hot deformation microstructure are self-similar and can be quantitatively described by fractal dimension. When the strain rates are 0.01 and 0.1 mm/s, the fractal dimension decreases with increasing deformation temperature above transformation point. When the strain rate is 1 mm/s, the fractal dimension increases and then decreases with increasing deformation temperature. While the strain rate is 10 m/s, the fractal dimension decreases and then increases with increasing deformation temperature, which is caused by grain growth and recrystallization.
