Ti-6246合金的熱變形本構(gòu)方程及加工圖

通過Gleeble-3800對Ti-6246鈦合金進(jìn)行等溫單向壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)，在變形溫度t為825~1 025 ℃、應(yīng)變速率 為0.001~10 s-1時(shí)，建立鍛態(tài)Ti-6246合金的熱變形本構(gòu)方程，采用動態(tài)材料模型(Dynamic material model, DMM)繪制出鈦合金的熱加工圖。

通過Gleeble-3800對Ti-6246鈦合金進(jìn)行等溫單向壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)，在變形溫度t為825~1 025 ℃、應(yīng)變速率 為0.001~10 s-1時(shí)，建立鍛態(tài)Ti-6246合金的熱變形本構(gòu)方程，采用動態(tài)材料模型(Dynamic material model, DMM)繪制出鈦合金的熱加工圖。加工圖顯示2個(gè)加工失穩(wěn)區(qū)(825 ℃≤t≤955 ℃， ≥0.7 s-1和955 ℃≤t≤990 ℃， ≥3 s-1)，在該合金的變形過程中應(yīng)該避免功率耗散系數(shù)η的峰值，功率耗散因子的極大值出現(xiàn)在850~870 ℃， =0.001 s-1。
The flow stress behavior of Ti-6246 titanium alloy was studied using single-pass hot compression tests on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator in temperature of 825-1 025 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001-10 s-1. The constitutive equation and the processing map of the forged Ti-6246 titanium alloy were described by the dynamic material model (DMM) based on experiment data. Ti-6246 titanium alloy is stable under conditions of t=860 ℃ and =0.001 s-1, but has poor workability under conditions of 825 ℃≤t≤955 ℃, ≥0.7 s-1?and 955 ℃≤t≤990 ℃, ≥3 s-1. The efficiency of power dissipation η reaches the highest value under temperature range of 850-870 ℃ and at strain rate of =0.01 s-1.
