采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、拉伸試驗(yàn)等手段系統(tǒng)研究去應(yīng)力退火對(duì)Ti6321合金顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)去應(yīng)力退火處理后,Ti6321合金的晶間β相中析出了少量的細(xì)針狀α相,屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度均有明顯提高,伸長(zhǎng)率變化不大。去應(yīng)力退火不會(huì)對(duì)材料的性能產(chǎn)生不利影響。
The effect of stress relieving treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy was systemically investigated by optical micrograph, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and tensile tests. After stress relieving treatment, nanoscale acicular α could be seen in the intergranular β. Yield strength and tensile strength was significantly improved, the elongation was not influenced. Stress relieving treatment does not significantly affect the mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy.
