采用線彈性有限元方法對(duì)TB5鈦合金V形波紋管在軸向均布載荷作用下變形過程與應(yīng)力分布進(jìn)行了模擬分析,總結(jié)了不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)波紋管結(jié)構(gòu)剛度與應(yīng)力分布的影響規(guī)律,并據(jù)此對(duì)TB5鈦合金V形波紋管結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。分析結(jié)果表明:波紋管結(jié)構(gòu)剛度隨波紋管V形夾角、內(nèi)徑增大而增大,隨波數(shù)增多而降低;波紋管徑向應(yīng)力分布隨壁厚、V形夾角增大而趨于均勻,而波高增大導(dǎo)致徑向應(yīng)力分布均勻性降低;結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化波紋管(波數(shù)為10,內(nèi)徑為80 mm)結(jié)構(gòu)剛度為1 127.22 N/mm,在1 MPa均布載荷作用下,波峰外表面應(yīng)力值為220.37 MPa,波谷處內(nèi)側(cè)為278.54 MPa。

Deformation process and stress distribution of TB5 titanium alloy bellow under evenly-distributed axial load was discussed via linear elasticity finite element method. The influences of structural parameters (inner diameter, thickness, V-shaped angle, wave number, wave height) on the stiffness and the stress distribution of the V-shaped bellow were summarized. The results show that the increase of thickness and V-shaped angle can homogenize the stress distribution while wave height has the opposite impact. The stiffness of the metal bellow rises when V-shaped angle and thickness go up and decreases as wave number increases. A group of optimized parameters are obtained according to the results under the condition that the wave number is 10 and the inner diameter is 80 mm. The stiffness of the optimized structure is 1 127.22 N/mm. The stress at the outer surface of the peak is 220.37 MPa while 278.54 MPa at the inner surface of the trough when an evenly-distributed axial pressure (1 MPa) is loaded.
