7475鋁合金陽(yáng)極氧化膜表面-界面組織與特征Surface-interface structures and characteristics of anodic oxidation film on 7475 aluminium alloy
利用陽(yáng)極氧化法在7475鋁合金表面制備一層氧化膜。通過(guò)SEM、EDS、XRD等手段分析其表面-界面形貌、化學(xué)元素組成和物相,對(duì)其表面和結(jié)合界面化學(xué)元素進(jìn)行面掃描和線掃描分析,并對(duì)氧化膜界面結(jié)合形式進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:陽(yáng)極氧化膜主要是由Al和O元素組成,還含有板材中所不具備的C、K和S元素,主要來(lái)源于陽(yáng)極氧化的電解液;生成的氧化膜為穩(wěn)相α-Al2O3和亞穩(wěn)相γ-Al2O3,其中以α-Al2O3為主;Al和O原子在氧化膜結(jié)合界面形成富集層,其界面為化合物型+擴(kuò)散型形式。
The layer of oxide film was prepared on the surface of 7475 aluminum alloy by anodic oxidation method. The surface-interface morphologies, chemical element compositions and phases were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD, respectively, and the chemical elements of the surface and bonding interface were analyzed by plane scan and line scan, respectively, and the interface binding of oxide film was characterized. The results show that anodic oxide film is made up of Al and O elements and C, K and S elements from the anodic oxidation electrolyte of anodic oxidation film. The produced oxide film is composed of stationary phase α-Al2O3 and metastable phase γ-Al2O3, mainly includes α-Al2O3. The hierarchical enrichment phenomenon of Al and O atoms in the oxide film is produced after anodic oxidation, the bonding form of compound type + diffusion type forms at the interface.
