30CrMnSiA合金鋼當(dāng)量加速腐蝕試驗

基于某海域艦面停放環(huán)境譜,采用30CrMnSiA材料制備模擬件,在某海域采取懸掛方式開展自然暴露試驗的同時在試驗室環(huán)境下開展了加速腐蝕試驗。
基于某海域艦面停放環(huán)境譜,采用30CrMnSiA材料制備模擬件,在某海域采取懸掛方式開展自然暴露試驗的同時在試驗室環(huán)境下開展了加速腐蝕試驗。對腐蝕后試樣的失重和疲勞壽命進行了測試,結(jié)果表明,30CrMnSiA試驗件在當(dāng)量加速腐蝕試驗時間和某海域自然老化時間匹配時,腐蝕失重和疲勞壽命在95%置信度下一致。
Based on the environmental spectrum of a certain area, 30CrMnSiA was used to prepare specimens of bolted lap joints. Part of joints were tested in field accelerated environment corrosion testing was carried out in laboratory . Weight loss and fatigue life were used to evaluate the corrosion degree. The results showed that the weight loss and fatigue life for accelerated corrosion and natural aging corrosion were consistent at the confidence level of 95% in matched time.
