將445鐵素體不銹鋼的主要化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能、成型性能和焊接性能等基本性能與304奧氏體不銹鋼進(jìn)行對比, 結(jié)果表明, 445不銹鋼具有較好的機(jī)加工性能。采用鹽霧試驗及10%的NaCl溶液加速腐蝕試驗等方法, 對比445水箱、304水箱及兩者混合搭配的內(nèi)膽水箱的太陽能熱水器的耐腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明, 445不銹鋼耐腐蝕性稍遜于304不銹鋼, 在80~120 ℃時, 445與304不銹鋼均發(fā)生蒸汽腐蝕、水線腐蝕, 且445不銹鋼出現(xiàn)較為嚴(yán)重的點蝕現(xiàn)象。
The main chemical composition, mechanical properties, forming performance and welding performance of 445 ferritic stainless steel were compared with those of 304 austenitic stainless steel. The results show that 445 stainless steel has good machining performance. The anti-corrosion performance of solar-powered waters containing 445 water tanks, 304 water tanks or water tanks mable of both steels, respectively were studied by salt spray tests and 10% NaCl solution accelerated corrosion tests. The results show that the corrosion resistance of 445 stainless steel is less than that of 304. Under the condition of 80 ~ 120 ℃, both 445 and 304 stainless steels suffered steam corrosion, water line corrosion, and 445 stainless steel suffered serious pitting corrosion.
