1050A鋁合金模擬海洋大氣環(huán)境腐蝕行為的中性鹽霧試驗
采取室內(nèi)鹽霧試驗和電化學(xué)阻抗譜研究了1050A鋁合金在模擬海洋大氣環(huán)境中的腐蝕行為, 采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和能譜儀(EDS)觀察分析腐蝕產(chǎn)物表面形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)和組成。結(jié)果表明, 隨著腐蝕的不斷進(jìn)行, 腐蝕產(chǎn)物不斷增多, 失重增加, 阻抗值逐漸減小。腐蝕產(chǎn)物形貌主要以團(tuán)狀或塊狀的形式存在, 并不斷向外延伸擴(kuò)大, 呈現(xiàn)不均勻的凹凸形貌; 腐蝕產(chǎn)物主要有鋁的氯化物、Al2O3、Al(OH)3和AlO(OH)等。電化學(xué)阻抗譜擬合結(jié)果顯示, 腐蝕速率呈先增加后降低的趨勢。
Salt fog test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to study the corrosion of 1050A aluminium alloy in was in simulated marine atmosphere environment. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were employed to observe and analyze the surface morphology, structure and composition of the corrosion products of 1050A aluminium alloy in marine atmosphere. The results showed that corrosion products increased, mass loss increased and the resistance value gradually decreased with testing hours prolonging. Surface observation revealed that corrosion products were accumulated and agglomerated. The corrosion products were mainly aluminum chloride, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, AlO(OH) and so on. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy fitting results show that the corrosion rate first increased and then decreased.
